The former industrial site at Cooks Lane, located close to Sittingbourne’s historic high street, forms part of the town’s regeneration masterplan. Providing 242 tenure blind new homes and apartments, including over 55s accommodation, Cooks Lane also incorporates an outdoor amphitheatre, pedestrian and cycle paths linking existing routes, character cul-de-sacs, and generous landscaped open space.
