Our Role - Architect

The development at Coventry Road, Hinckley will provide 57 Extra Care apartments, 16 bungalows with individual gardens, parking and a communal courtyard garden with outdoor seating area. Taking inspiration from the surrounding townscape and neighbouring new homes development, the design includes a combination of red brick, red clay and grey slate roof tiles, with repetitive protruding gables to offer a more varied frontage.
