Situated in the centre of Coventry, Fairfax Street is a 1192 bed student accommodation scheme and the city’s tallest building. With a steel frame construction, Fairfax Street comprises four interlinked blocks ranging in height between 14 and 23 storeys. The development also features office and retail space, common rooms, gym, laundry, cinema, bespoke study areas, and landscaping to upper floor podium.
