Carrington Gardens is an award-winning, mixed tenure residential development scheme to provide 400 new homes (200 private sale and 200 retirement), community hub and over six hectares of public open space, representing 30% of the site.

A landscape-led approach was taken to develop the design, ensuring integration and connectivity between all properties. Homes were designed around individually themed courtyard clusters, following an Arts and Crafts/Edwardian style, with the community hub acting as a central focal
