Studio Culture
We are very proud of our studio culture and beautiful spaces. In recent years we have been shortlisted several times by the Architects Journal for the “Best Employer” and this is testament to the team and our approach to our work and each other. Collaboration is at the heart of this success and provides the opportunity for us all to learn from each other. We strongly believe in “making and creating” and put a great deal of emphasis on our processes in developing our ideas whether through building physical models, sketching concepts or crunching the numbers. Our design methodology sets out our framework for this and involves regular design reviews at key stages which we open up to the whole business to allow people to engage and add value throughout the design process.
We also believe in the importance of downtime and social interaction and our events and social committee are always busy planning a wide range of different events, clubs and activities that we manage to pack into our time too. Our wind down on a Friday at 4.30pm allows the team to come together to have a drink, catchup and start the weekend early.
Most importantly of all though we want our team to come to work with a smile on their face and to have fun.
