Vandyke Road is a new housing development of 42 homes and apartments, forming part of an urban extension to Leighton Buzzard. Situated within the East of Leighton Linslade Framework Plan, Vandyke Road has been designed to respond to the forthcoming masterplan, which includes a new local centre adjacent the site.

The overall design follows a contemporary yet industrial townhouse aesthetic. Influences from classical proportions are combined with modern features such as pop out frames to emphasise windows and doors. To articulate the street scene, gable fronts are repeated and feature contrasting brick colouring alongside grey standing seam aluminium cladding.
