Following Squire & Partners’ initial masterplan, St Edward Homes invited rg+p to bid for the technical delivery of Royal Warwick Square post-planning and the practice is now acting as lead consultant and delivery architect. In the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Royal Warwick Square is a luxury development to create 375 luxury apartments and penthouses, extra care accommodation, affordable housing, a high-quality leisure suite, linear park and basement car parking.
